More than just a Retreat

Before arriving, you’ll receive a short questionnaire, a preparation guide and relaxation audios to help you start reflecting on your upcoming birth.

Before the Retreat

Over two days, you will step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourselves in a calm countryside setting where you can prepare for birth together.

Through expert guidance, practical tools and time to slow down, you and your birth partner will learn how to support the process of birth while building confidence as a team.

Alongside the workshops, you’ll enjoy nourishing meals, time to relax, socialise with other parents-to-be and enjoy a pregnancy massage.

During the Retreat

You’ll leave with practical tools, shared understanding with your birth partner, and resources to support you as you continue preparing for the arrival of your baby.
